While living in a Continuing Care Retirement Community (CCRC), Toni and Carl Randolph witnessed the challenges faced by Seniors and persons with specific physical needs when searching for housing. They saw the need for a professional team within the housing industry dedicated to easing these challenges.  
 
The Access family was created to ensure that Seniors and the millions of those with disabilities receive comprehensive Real Estate services, along with access to innovative improvements which enhance daily living.

In addition to being the visionary and Founder of Access Perfect Homes, Toni is also the Founder of

Access Built, the building division of the Access family which addresses the critical need for more inclusive barrier-free housing. Access Built provides retrofitting services for existing living spaces for the purposes of Aging In Place, as well as to provide everyone with special needs a secure, safe environment in their home. Additionally, Access Built constructs new homes from the ground up, along with the building of ADUs (Accessory Dwelling Units). 
 
Toni's commitment to assisting those with disabilities has been a life-long personal passion. The Access family is dedicated to the mission of assisting all people to live, love and be comfortable at home and at work.
 
Toni has served as the President of the International Women's Forum Leadership Foundation and is a community activist.
